Time will be spent to discuss the role of Change Management professionals to give an insight into this important role.

Business Consultancy provides an opportunity to carry out a consultancy project for a client, introducing you to the theory and practice of management consultancy.

It gives you the opportunity to develop academic knowledge, skills, and understanding in a specialist area and to consider a real-world organisational issue in different sectors.

An organisation's physical space can impact employee productivity, creativity, collaboration, and overall well-being. This module will introduce you to the process of design and how the layout of organisational space impacts the working environment.

This module aims to provide an understanding of accounting and accountability issues in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
