Teaching

Teaching methods include:

  • lectures
  • workshops
  • group-work
  • student presentations

We also offer an extensive range of employability related services throughout the year. These include guest lectures from industry professionals and industry-run workshops. These are designed to add to your teaching and offer you more opportunity to plan for your future career.

Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of coursework and a final assessment held at the end of each semester.

Coursework will account for between as much as 40-50% of the overall degree. This will depend on your final choice of modules.

We're testing a new way of showing modules on the website

This list should give you a good idea of which modules you can take, however it may change before you begin your course, and may not show all available modules.

Modules

  • Level 1 modules: As part of this course we offer two extra modules to non-native English speakers. These modules will help you to continue to develop your written and spoken English.
  • Level 5 modules: These make up your degree. You will take nine modules in total with a mix of core modules which you must take and a choice of optional modules.

Core Modules

These modules are an essential part of your course.

Optional Modules

You need to choose one or more of these modules as part of your course.
