- the role of people management in achieving strategic aims, strategic change, and enhanced performance
- the international context of people management: culture, institutions and ‘promising practices’
- managing organizational design and its strategic role
- managing people in corporate context
- managing people in the contemporary technological context
- contemporary issues in the management of people and organisations and employee engagement & psychological contract
