Operations Management and Change explores how organisations design, run, and improve their core processes, and how they adapt when circumstances shift. You will learn how strategic planning, process design, execution, and continuous improvement work together to meet business goals, manage risk, and deliver value for customers and employees.

You will build a critical understanding of operations across different organisational types, map how inputs are transformed into outputs (the transformation process), and examine how change affects both organisations and people. Throughout, you will practise selecting and applying appropriate analytical tools, and turn your findings into clear, evidenced recommendations for managers.
