Marketing Management and Strategy will provide an understanding of how an organisation implements itsmarketing strategyand,ifnecessary,recalibrates it. This course primarily aims to provide an understanding of the core concepts, strategies and skills in marketing management. It also seeks to provide students with the relevant skills in strategic marketing analysis, planning and implementation of strategic marketing activities within the organisation. The class also aims to equip students with the requisite analytical tools and skills required to analyse marketing problems and make informed decisions to enhance the organisation’s competitive advantage.
