Marketing Management and Strategy will provide an understanding of how an organisation implements its marketing strategy and, if necessary, recalibrates it. The module aims: to provide an understanding of the core concepts and skills in marketing management; to develop skills in strategic marketing planning and analysis; to develop skills required to analyse marketing problems; to develop the ability to learn and to manage one's own self-learning and to develop the ability to work together effectively, efficiently and cooperatively as a team member, and, when appropriate, organise, guide and motivate other team members.
