On this page

Placements are a fantastic way to gain work experience and develop your skills. A placement abroad allows you to live and work in a different country and experience another culture.

Our summer placement programme with Taylor’s University, Malaysia is one such opportunity. Taylor’s University is ranked in the top 90 in Asia and is the number one private university in Malaysia and South East Asia.

Previous interns Zena and Eilidh share their experiences of their internship in Malaysia:

Duration

Successful applicants will spend 6 weeks, during the University summer vacation, in a laboratory in the School of Biosciences at Taylor’s.
