  • Professor Dillon's research and clinical practice focuses on hepatology or liver disease. His research is broad but covers all aspects of Viral hepatitis, alcohol-related liver disease and early detection of liver disease, both in the UK and internationally. Additionally he works with people who inject drugs to reduce drug related deaths.
