Taking part in an exercise class can be a great way to be physically active and regular participation helps your body to work better and boost your mental health.
All the exercise teachers at ISE are on hand to guide you through the process, create the appropriate atmosphere, play music to enhance your workout and teach you every step of the way. This can really help if you struggle with motivation.
Our ISE timetable is designed with all exercisers in mind. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned regular, anyone is welcome, and our class descriptors will help you choose a session that’s at a suitable level as well as outlining the type of content you can expect. We also offer various sessions throughout the day, so you can easily slot exercise into your daily diary.
