Our pool is split into fast, medium-fast, slow-medium, and slow lanes so you can swim at your own pace. There is a maximum capacity of 10 swimmers per lane. There may be 3 or 4 lanes available depending on sport club training sessions.
Half and Half
Two lanes set up, plus half the pool open for general swimming.
General Swimming
Open to all, our general swimming sessions have no lanes and enables you to swim how you want.
Learn to Swim
Children’s swimming lessons that follow the Scottish National Learn to Swim programme.
Family Swimming
No lanes, just family and children swimming with inflatable toys and floats.
AL/S Aqua Exercise
Aimed at Active Living and Senior members.
