Do you need advice on your physical activity habits?
Our Health and Fitness Assessment is delivered by Callum, a friendly and knowledgeable consultant, who will provide a comprehensive picture of your health and fitness with the aim to advise you on an appropriate pathway to ensure you get the most out of your chosen physical activity.
The assessment includes: Blood pressure, resting heart rate, cholesterol, glucose, height, body mass, body fat %, waist circumference, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility.
Following this, Callum will talk you through your results and advise you on an appropriate pathway to ensure you get the most out your chosen physical activity.
Your individualised report will be emailed to you following your appointment.
If you would like a follow up assessment to monitor your progress, there is a £5 discount.
How to book
Please book through reception in person or by phone. Payment is made at the time of booking.
Course day and time
Health and Fitness assessments are delivered on a Tuesday at 18:00, Wednesday at 12:00, or Thursday at 17:00 and last 60 minutes.
