Teaching and assessment for Human Clinical Embryology & Assisted Conception MSc
Teaching
You'll be taught through a mix of:
- lectures
- tutorials
- practical lab classes
- teaching in the Assisted Conception Unit at Ninewells Hospital
- journal clubs
- group work
- self-directed learning
The course consists of six taught modules and a research project which will be carried out either in the laboratory or NHS clinic.
You will also be able to attend our Distinguished Speakers Series, where world leaders in the field of embryology and ART will give seminars on their area of expertise.
Assessment
You'll be assessed through a mix of:
- multiple choice question (MCQ) and short essay examinations
- coursework
- essays
- lab reports
- case presentation
- thesis
- journal clubs
- poster presentation
