Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour, using observation and experiment to understand what motivates, challenges, and influences people. Our undergraduate degrees are available as either a BSc or MA, covering how the mind works from infancy to old age alongside the research skills central to the discipline. At postgraduate level you can specialise, or convert to psychology from another degree subject, with full-time and part-time options throughout.

Undergraduate joint courses

Combine psychology with another subject, from English, history, and politics to maths, French, and Spanish.

Postgraduate courses

Specialise in developmental psychology, the psychology of language, mental health, or research methods. You can also convert to psychology from another degree subject. Our courses are available full-time over 12 months or part-time over 24.
