Support for students
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team
Provides information on legislation and training, guidance on mainstreaming equality, diversity and inclusion, and day to day support for Schools and Directorates. They provide regular progress reports to the University EDI Committee and the University Executive Group.
Student Services
Student Services provide support on a range of matters including childcare, health and wellbeing, accommodation and specific equality related support. They are located in the middle of the City Campus, with easy access. They also provide a third party reporting point for reporting hate related incidents or crimes.
DUSA | The Union
Our award winning Students Union, DUSA provides advice and support to all students and on a wide range of subjects, including health, wellbeing and equality.
Mental health
The University offers a range of options for improving your mental health, from free apps to talking to trained professionals.
