Talent and Development’s all-staff Professional Development Programme has a variety of workshops, webinars and self-directed learning which are categorised under the themes of Professional Effectiveness, Digital Competencies, Management, Project Management, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Legal and Organisational Awareness, and Skills for the Academic Environment. We encourage you to plan your development in conversation with your line manager or supervisor, and, if you are a manager, to provide opportunities for your team to undertake professional development. Visit the People Manager’s Resource for support.

Self-Directed learning should be considered in the first instance to support you with your learning and development needs.
