We support the professional growth of all university staff. Our small, dedicated team provides a wide range of services, from universal skills development to bespoke one-on-one development conversations and organisational development (OD) consultancy.
Our expertise encompasses management skills development, leadership, mentoring, and coaching and we are qualified to utilise psychometrics and other development tools. We offer focused development programmes, online learning opportunities and train-the-trainer sessions, underpinned by valuable resources and communities of practice. Additionally, we play a key role in the University-wide staff welcome and the Staff Survey.
Aligned with the 70-20-10 Learning and Development Model, we understand that most workplace learning happens through on-the-job experiences, interactions with colleagues, and formal learning opportunities. We recognise that these experiences are unique to each individual and their role within our university community. We invite you to tailor your professional development by engaging with us as your specialist service.
