At the beginning of each semester, Sports Union clubs host Give It a Go sessions - a great opportunity to try out a wide range of sports completely free of charge

You must be matriculated to your chosen sport club(s) by this date. If your club uses any SpAH facilities, you will also need an active SpAH membership to attend sessions from this date onwards.
We know choosing the right club can feel daunting and Give It a Go is designed to help you find the best fit. If your chosen club shows as blank, please contact the club directly and they’ll be happy to share more details on how to get involved.
