How to get academic, research and information skills support from the Library Academic Skills team

The Library Academic Skills team are qualified specialists, providing support for developing academic and information literacies. The team provide support with: 

  • information skills
  • research skills
  • academic skills

The team deliver in-module classes and workshops, as well as a regular programme of webinars. We also offer 25-minute appointments for up to four people.

LibGuides

The Library Academic Skills team have created a variety of LibGuides to support your studies. These include subject guides for all the major disciplines, and skills guides covering areas like literature searching and citing and referencing.
