Survey Service
The Survey Service manages the University’s Jisc Online Surveys account. We assist academics, researchers, students, and administrators to conduct surveys which are needed for their work or studies.
The University of Dundee provides free access to Jisc Online Surveys for all staff and students.
If you are a member of staff, we can even create your online survey on your behalf. We can also help if external colleagues are working with you on collaborative surveys.
To comply with our Jisc licence agreement, you can only use the University of Dundee’s Jisc Online Surveys account for surveys which form part of your work or studies here at the University.
Once your Jisc Online Surveys account is active, you can access a pre-recorded training video and built-in Help and Support pages.
We also offer ongoing technical support, either by email or a pre-arranged Teams call. You can also share your survey with us for help with technical issues.
