Work/life balance
The University have a range of policies designed to support staff to balance work and home life and deal with personal responsibilities, as well as some of life’s major events.
Our aims in promoting Work/Life Balance policies are to demonstrate to our staff that the University values them, and to recognise the need for flexibility in the relationship between employer and employee within a context that recognises diversity and inclusion values.
As outlined in our People and Talent Strategy, the University aims to be an employer of choice for highly talented colleagues, and to inspire and support all colleagues to shape their own contributions. We believe that through supportive policies, we can energise and empower staff to be fully engaged, and attract talented applicants.
If you require support regarding these policies, please contact either your Senior People Partner or the People Support team at peoplesupport@dundee.ac.uk.
