This is a pathway of our International Business MSc course

This is a specialist pathway within our MSc International Business programme.

It is designed for you if you want to master the strategic and operational complexities of a changing global landscape. This course has been designed with you in mind if you recognise that in the modern global economy, the movement of goods and the movement of capital are inextricably linked.

Alongside your core international business modules, you will explore the mechanics of global commerce. This focuses on how trade relationships are managed amidst shifting economic trends. Through this integrated approach, you will develop the analytical tools to understand a range of international business strategies essential for success in a volatile marketplace.

You will engage with critical areas such as global trade flows, international investment management, risk analysis, and the growing impact of public policy on global commerce.

Applied Learning

You will complete a core project module as a capstone to your studies. Depending on your career goals, you can choose to:

Global Internship: Undertake a placement matched to your industry interests.
Business Project: Work on an independent project in collaboration with an external organisation.
Research Project: Conduct an individual research project on a specialist topic of your choice.

The Foundation Programme

Your journey begins with our two-week Foundation Programme.

This is designed to introduce you to all our business conversion degrees and their various pathways. During this period, you will decide on your module choices and confirm which degree pathway, such as Trade and Investment, best aligns with your professional ambitions.
