This flexible module lets you design your own learning around your personal and professional development needs.

You will formulate learning outcomes, create a learning contract, and build and apply knowledge or skills that create change will enhance your expertise within a chosen area of practice and/or develop innovative approaches that contribute to advancement within your professional field.

This module can be taken as 10 to 60 credits, depending on your individual requirements.
