Entry requirements for Advanced Practice PGDip

This course is suitable for applicants from registered healthcare practitioners employed in clinical practice.

You must be registered with a professional regulatory body, such as the NMC, HCPC, or equivalent. You would also normally have:

• a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience
• be employed in a role that will allow you to develop your professional practice to an advanced level
• support in your workplace with appropriate supervision for developing advanced level practice for the duration of the course

All applicants must also complete and upload a Supervisor/Manager form in advanced of the course.

We operate a flexible Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) system by which students who do not have a degree may be eligible for entry. We recognise that students applying for this course may have acquired significant learning from previous educational and life/work experience. We can offer potential students the opportunity of having such learning assessed for credit. This credit would go towards your application for this course.
