If you have an IT issue over the festive break, please log a call through the Help4U self-service portal, and we will respond in January. You may be able to find an answer to your query by searching the knowledge base.

If you have not yet done so, please set up Self Service Password Reset by following the instructions in our reset your forgotten password web guide. This will avoid delays with password resets during this period.

Libraries

Plan your study sessions around the festivities! 

The Main Library will be open as a study space from 08:00 until 02:00 throughout most of the Christmas Vacation.
