Help4U is the University Service Desk. You can use it to contact various Professional Services teams.

Help4U is the University's main service desk system. It allows easy ticket and job tracking for staff, students, and our professional service teams. The system is managed by Digital and Technology Services (DTS), who triage tickets into the queue for the right department.

Need to reset your password or multi-factor information?

Don't just contact Help4U to reset your password, or multi-factor information.

If you are a member of staff, student, or applicant, you can probably do this yourself instantly using text, email, or phone call.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 19:00
Saturday -Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00

Before you log a ticket

  1. Check the website for the answer. There are already 250 guides on a huge range of topics available on the University's new web pages and this number is increasing every week.
  2. For IT issues, check the status page to see if this is a known issue
