West Park Villas
A short walk from the City Campus with parking available for residents, West Park Villas can accommodate up to ten flatmates
Located halfway between our City Campus and our Ninewells Campus, West Park is just off Perth Road in Dundee's West End. With plenty of local amenities as well as easy access between campuses, it's a great option for students who want to live off-campus.
Up to 10 flatmates can stay in each West Park Villa, making them ideal for larger friend groups who want to live together after first year.
West Park also has a shared common room with study areas and large-screen TV, table tennis, pool, air hockey, darts, and board games. Regular cinema nights and other events are held free of charge for student residents. There is also a separate study room.
In your kitchen
Our spacious modern kitchens provide plenty of space for cooking, dining and socialising. They come furnished with:

You'll need to bring

You can get all of these things in local supermarkets, but your new flatmates might have already brought some items which they're happy to share.

Your en-suite bedroom has all the space and furniture you'll need. This includes:

- wired internet connection (in addition to the superfast WiFi)
You'll need to bring
Bedding: Sheets, pillows and duvets can easily be bought at supermarkets and department stores in Dundee, or you can bring them from home.
Alternatively, you can buy a bedding pack (with duvet, pillow, fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover) from Sanctuary Students for £35.
Bathroom
All rooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink
