West Park Flats
A short walk from the City Campus with parking available for residents, choose between Premier or Standard rooms
Located halfway between our City Campus and our Ninewells Campus, West Park is just off Perth Road in Dundee's West End. With plenty of local amenities as well as easy access between campuses, it's a great option for students who want to live off-campus.
You'll have the option to stay in Premier or Standard flats. Premier flats are shared between five flatmates, and Standard flats between six.
West Park also has a shared common room with study areas and large-screen TV, table tennis, pool, air hockey, darts and board games. Regular cinema nights and other events are held free of charge for student residents. There is also a separate study room.
In your kitchen
Our spacious modern kitchens provide plenty of space for cooking, dining and socialising. They come furnished with:

- lounge area with sofas
You'll need to bring
- plates
- bowls

You can get all of these things in local supermarkets, but your new flatmates might have already brought some item which they're happy to share.
In your bedroom
Your en-suite bedroom has all the space and furniture you'll need. This includes:
- a queen-size double bed with mattress
- desk
- chair
- wardrobe
- wastepaper basket
- bookshelf
- mirror
- noticeboard
- wired internet connection (in addition to the superfast WiFi)
You'll need to bring
- Bedding: Sheets, pillows, and duvets can easily be bought at supermarkets and department stores in Dundee, or you can bring them from home.
Alternatively, you can buy a bedding pack (with duvet, pillow, fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover) from Sanctuary Students for £35.
Bathroom
All rooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink
Kitchen
Shared kitchen for five flatmates (Premier flats) or six flatmates (Standard flats)
Laundry
On-site secure self-serve laundrette. £2.20 per wash, £1 per dry
Common room
A shared lounge with large-screen TV, table tennis, pool, air hockey, darts, piano, and board games

Parking
West Park has a limited number of permit spaces. To buy a permit, contact Sanctuary reception during Freshers' Week. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

West Park Flats and West Park Villas are located in a residential area around one mile from the main campus and one and a half miles from Ninewells Hospital and Medical School.
