Seabraes 2 accommodates 192 students with a range of 6-bed flats. Located just off Perth Road and less than five minutes’ walk to City Campus, it's in a peaceful setting with a car park (permits can be requested after moving in).
Seabraes also enjoys a spacious common room where you will find board games, table football, table tennis, an upright piano for musicians and large-screen TV. We regularly hold events and cinema nights free of charge for student residents.
Quiet blocks
If you'd prefer a quieter environment, Seabraes 2 has designated “quiet blocks” for students who would benefit from a quieter environment. Email us at [email protected] if you would like to discuss how one of these flats might suit you or let us know in your application.
In your kitchen
Our spacious modern kitchens provide plenty of space for cooking, dining, and socialising. They come furnished with:

You'll need to bring
- Bedding: Sheets, pillows, and duvets can easily be bought at supermarkets and department stores in Dundee, or you can bring them from home.
Alternatively, you can buy a bedding pack (with duvet, pillow, fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover) from Sanctuary Students for £35.

All rooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink

Essentials and Shopping
The City Campus is a ten minute walk to the majority of city centre shops. Plus with the opening of the new Seabraes Pedestrian Bridge it's now just a 10 minute walk to Tesco Extra. The DUSA Premier Shop provides essential shopping right on campus, and the independent local shops of Perth Road are just a fifteen minute walk from your door.
