Seabraes 1-32 accommodates 219 students with a range of 7-bed flats. A popular location, just off Perth Rd and less than five minutes’ walk to campus, yet in a peaceful setting with a carpark (permits can be requested after moving in).
Seabraes also enjoys a spacious Common Room where you will find board games, table football, table tennis, an upright piano for the musicians and large screen TV. We regularly hold events and cinema nights at the Seabraes Common Room, free of charge for student residents.

- Most rooms have a small double bed with mattress. Some rooms have a double bed. (Your offer will tell you the size of your bed, but double bedding will be fine for both).

You'll need to bring
Bedding: Sheets, pillows and duvets can easily be bought at supermarkets and department stores in Dundee, or you can bring them from home.
Alternatively, you can buy a bedding pack (with duvet, pillow, fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover) from Sanctuary Students for £35.

Seabraes has a limited number of permit spaces, with access via a gate. To buy a permit, please contact Sanctuary reception during Freshers' Week. Permits are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Essentials and shopping
The City Campus is a ten minute walk to the majority of city centre shops. Plus with the opening of the new Seabraes Pedestrian Bridge it's now just a 10 minute walk to Tesco Extra. The DUSA Premier Shop provides essential shopping right on campus, and the independent local shops of Perth Road are just a fifteen minute walk from your door.
