Teaching and assessment for Life Sciences (with Dundee & Angus College) BSc (Hons)
We use a variety of teaching methods, including:
- lab practicals
- computer-based learning
- media / video exercises
- field excursions where appropriate
We use a combination of in-course and end-of-course assessments. These will take the form of:
- practical reports (based on lab work)
- computer-based exercises
- data processing exercises
Modules and progression
Upon passing the first year at D&A College, you will be able to progress into second year of one of our BSc (Hons) Biological or Biomedical Science degrees (except the NUS Singapore / Indonesia Institute for Life Sciences degrees).
Your adviser of studies will help you choose your second year modules at the end of the first year.
