Progression for Art & Design (General Foundation) BA (Hons) / BDes (Hons)

Progression to Level 2 requires demonstration of appropriate knowledge, skill, and the potential to successfully pursue independent study.

You will select a specialist course to progress to from the list below. There is no requirement to reapply via UCAS for Level 2 progression.

While we endeavour to accommodate all students in their preferred first choice of specialism. Where there are large numbers of Art & Design General Foundation students selecting the same course, a selection process based on your portfolio of work created through Art & Design General Foundation, will determine progression into specialist programme.
