PNEUMO
The purpose of this study is to investigate how often different types of pneumonia occur in people admitted to hospital and how often an infection of a specific bacterium occurs.

This study will collect cancer tissue samples from people with oesophageal and gastroesophageal cancer. The cancer tissue will be analysed to see if it is possible to find any neoantigens (cancer cell markers) and determine the profile of neoantigens in each person’s tumour.
