Biography
Tom Gilbertson leads Scotland’s MRI-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) neurosurgical service, treating movement disorders like essential tremor without a single incision. Alongside clinical practice, Dr Gilbertson leads research that integrates neurology, imaging, and behavioural science to understand how changes in brain networks affect how we think and make decisions.
