Biography
Dr Eva Jueptner is a lecturer in Law at the University of Dundee. She is a qualified lawyer under German law and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law (Distinction) from the University of Dundee. Prior to joining Dundee University, Eva worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Private International Law and Civil Procedure (CIVPRO) at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
Research
Eva's research interests focus on Private International Law in general, and on issues of international direct jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in civil and commercial matters in particular.
