Elizabeth Comerford

Liz joined Dundee Law School from practice in August 2012 having previously taught part-time within the School on both the LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice Courses.

Liz has extensive experience in practice having been a partner in the Tayside firm of Thorntons for a number of years where she worked within their residential property unit and latterly as a projects partner.

She was a member of The Property Law Committee of The Law Society of Scotland from 2005-2013 and has presented externally on both property and risk management topics.

Liz is a member of both the Board of Examiners and The Practising Certificate Sub – Committee of The Law Society of Scotland.
