Print to a University printer from your own iOS and Android device
Print from your own device on-campus using MyPrint - Mobility Print

Prerequisites
To install and use the printers, your mobile device must be enrolled via Company Portal and have access to the University campus network via wireless (Eduroam)
- Set up Secure Mobile Working (Company Portal app) on iOS
- Set up Secure Mobile Working (Company Portal app) on android
Instructions
iOS device
Apple users can use AirPrint from any compatible app. Apple maintain updated guidance on this from this support article.
- Open the app you want to print from
- To find the print option, tap the app’s Share button or Share button or the Actions button
- You should see SecurePrint_BW and SecurePrint_Colour as the available listed printers.
- Scroll down and tap the Print icon or Print button. If you can't find the print option, for the app you are using check the User Guide or Help section. Not all apps support AirPrint.
- You will be asked to enter your credentials to submit items to the print queue.
Android Device
- Open the ‘Managed’ Google Play Store, this one has a briefcase icon to identify it as a Work app.
- Install the ‘Mobility Print’ app
- Launch the app and toggle on the service and notifications if they are not already enabled.
- Open the app from the work profile side of your device that you wish to Print from.
- You should see SecurePrint_BW and SecurePrint_Colour as the available listed printers.
- You will be asked to enter your credentials to submit items to the print queue
Release Print Job
Once the document has been sent to the print queue, you can then go to a printer and release the document with your university card. For more information, review the Staff Guide or the Student Guide.
