Freezing your student membership

If you wish to freeze your Direct Debit (DD) or Recurring Card Payment (RCP) membership during the summer period (May to September), please complete the form below. We aim to respond to your request within 72 hours.

Requests will need to be received at least 3 working days before your next payment collection to make sure that it can be frozen in time. All DD membership freezes will end on 7 September at the latest, on which date we will begin collecting your regular monthly payment again and your membership will be available to use from that date. RCP collections will resume from the beginning of Semester 1 on your regular collection date. Please specify if you would like your membership freeze to end sooner.
