This course will develop your critical understanding of the concepts of inclusion health/oral health, vulnerability and intersectionality as applied to Dental Public Health.

You will develop a critical understanding of co-design and co-production of oral health/health services/interventions.

Learn how evidence-based practice relates to healthcare, including navigation of the components of the global evidence ecosystem. 

Explore methods used in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of research and service evaluation projects as applied to healthcare.

The course is delivered by a range of experienced staff including Consultants and Specialists in dental public health and public health, senior academics, and active dental public health researchers, including from NHS Education for Scotland (NES). Visiting external speakers will provide workshops and guest lectures in a wide range of related topics.
