Wanchen Cao

Wanchen Cao holds an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Southampton and is currently pursuing a PhD in poetry and poetics at Dundee, with a thesis provisionally titled "Towards a Poetic Methodology of Dream-Writing". 

She is the author of the poetry collection Seven O'Clock (Anhui Literature and Art Publishing House), as well as numerous poems in Yangtze River Poetry and other distinguished newspapers and magazines. She has been publishing poetry since the age of 14, and secured a place in the Tongling Writers Association at 16 (the youngest member in a decade). 

Wanchen is also an active member of the Anhui Provincial Writers Association and the Chinese Poetry Association.
