I'm interested in how cloud computing and automated infrastructure can accelerate research by improving access to data, and providing scalable analysis platforms. At HIC I work on the cloud safe haven, developing AWS infrastructure so researchers have more flexibility in how they develop software or run analyses whilst maintaining the security of confidential medical data.

Before moving to HIC I worked on the Image Data Resource https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/ , a global open-data bio-image repository, and I'm applying some of the principles developed there to HIC's data resources.
