Natalie Adams

Natalie is a Senior Archivist at Churchill Archives Centre in Cambridge. Her work includes collection management (archives accreditation, collection care risk assessments, digitisation programmes) and compliance and governance (especially GDPR and copyright). She has responsibility for the archive of Sir Winston Churchill – working with Bloomsbury publishing for the online edition of the collection and to develop and promote a resource for schools. Natalie enjoys jointly manages the team of 2-3 Archives Assistants at Churchill and is currently mentoring two members of staff at Churchill who are studying on the Dundee course. Natalie enjoys collaborating with other local archives- for example in creating a web portal for catalogues of archives held in Cambridge (Janus) and delivering workshops for students in Cambridge on how to access and use archives.
