Dr Natalia Karolak

Natalia joined the Ciulli group as a structural biologist and biophysicist in the PROTAC collaboration project with Boehringer Ingelheim in December 2023. She completed her MSc in molecular biotechnology and PhD in chemistry at University of Warsaw. Natalia conducted her doctoral research in Structural Biology Group. Here, she focussed on biochemical and structural analysis of IFIT protein complexes, which take part in antiviral innate immune response. Outside of the lab, Natalia enjoys travelling, climbing and playing board games.
