Mark Wall

Circuit Judge sitting mostly on criminal work in Birmingham Crown Court but also in the Administrative Court in London. I preside over all types of criminal trial including fraud, sexual offences and murder. Called to the bar in 1985. Took silk in 2006. Appointed a Recorder in 2002 and a Judge in 2014. In addition to chairing the Leverhulme Research Centre Advisory Board I sit on the Forensic Science Regulator’s advisory committee and on the steering committee set up to commission scientific primers for use in courts.
