Kathleen Shortt

As Office Manager for the School of Business, Kathleen is responsible for overseeing the administration of the undergraduate, taught postgraduate and PhD research programmes within the School.

Kathleen works with a team of eleven professional services staff who are committed to the provision of a first-class service to staff and students.

The student journey and enhancing the student experience is at the heart of the work that Kathleen and her team undertake.

Kathleen qualified with an MA and an MBA from the University of Dundee and she has over thirty years’ administrative experience working with the University.
