Biography

Egor joined the University of Dundee in 2022.

Before that he worked for 20 years in asset management:

  • 2000-2007. Most of that period Egor was a member of an investment team with around USD 100 million of assets under management (AUM). Career path: Analyst, Senior analyst, Head of Research.
  • 2009-2022. Main activity was promotion of several funds of BNP Paribas Asset Management to institutional clients and HNWI from Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. AUM of the funds were USD 3 billion at peak. Career path: Investment Specialist, Senior Investment Specialist, Head of Investment Marketing.

Education:

  • PhD from Loughborough University in 2018 (part-time)
  • MSc Finance and Investment with Distinction from Brunel University in 2008
