The Legal Framework for International Project Finance encompasses the laws, regulations, and agreements that govern the financing of large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across borders.
It involves structuring financial transactions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with international standards. Key components include contractual arrangements, such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and legal instruments like the Energy Charter Treaty.
This framework addresses issues related to debt and equity financing, security interests, and dispute resolution.
