Note: due to product availability, we reserve the right to 'swap' manufacturers for an equivalent model. Sometimes it may be a Dell equivalent monitor and not the HP model.
IT are responsible for the provision and retrieval of standard client device equipment to all core funded staff defined as Professional Services
However, we facilitate the quote and purchase of IT Hardware and Software for all.
For all Non-Core Funded Professional Services Staff, Academic or Research funded purchasing requests ensure you have the grant or budget holders permission before contacting us and providing a funding charge code string.

- Complete the online form in Topdesk with the following information:
- Full name of the product you wish to order
- Details of your existing equipment / justification for purchase
- Details of who the equipment is for, if not for yourself
We currently only offer collection from city campus. You should continue to order equipment as before, and the normal approval processes apply.
