Upload your digital portfolio to My Applications

How to upload your digital portfolio to My Applications on eVision for assessment

Upload from your computer

  1. Save your digital portfolio
    Remember, we can only accept your digital portfolio as a PDF document no larger than 50MB. Remember to name the file using your full name and student ID number for example MaryAnnBaxter_1234567.pdf.
  2. Sign into eVision
    Your login details were sent to you in your acknowledgement email. Can’t log into your account or a system?
  3. Select the correct course then click on ‘My Applications’
    If you’ve applied to multiple courses or studied with us before, you’ll need to select your correct application.
  4. Search for ‘e-Portfolio Upload’
    You will see this box on the right of the screen. This is where you should upload your portfolio. Click ‘e-Portfolio Upload (Your Course)’.
  5. Click ‘Browse my computer’, choose your file then click ‘Upload’
    Locate your document and click upload. Wait for the file status to read ‘successfully uploaded’.
  6. Click ‘Submit your e-Portfolio’
    Your upload won’t be saved until you click ‘Submit your e-Portfolio’ at the bottom of the page.­

Upload from your mobile device

  1. Sign into eVision
    Your login details were sent to you in your acknowledgement email. Can’t log into your account or a system?
  2. Select the correct course then tap ‘My Applications’
    If you’ve applied to multiple courses or studied with us before, you’ll need to select your correct application.
    You’ll find ‘My Applications’ under ‘information’ in the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to ‘Upload your e-Portfolio’
    You will normally see this list underneath ‘My Communications’ and ‘Previous Study Questionnaire’. Click ‘e-Portfolio Upload (Your Course)’.
  4. Tap ‘Browse my computer’, choose your file then ‘Upload’
    You’ll now have the option to browse your photo gallery, files or - depending on what apps you have installed - cloud storage (such as Dropbox or OneDrive).
    Locate your document then tap ‘upload’. Wait for the file status to read ‘successfully uploaded’.
  5. Tap ‘Submit your e-Portfolio’
    Your upload won’t be saved until you click ‘Submit your e-Portfolio’ at the bottom of the page.­
