Request repairs to a University building or part of campus

How to report an issue with a room, building, or the external environment of the University campus.

You can report issues and request a repair via the Estates and Campus Services Helpdesk.

To log in to the system, please enter your usual University of Dundee username/password. You will need to be on campus, or connected to the VPN to access the helpdesk.

Requests are classified according to the following priority coding system by Estates staff:

Emergency
Response within 2 hours
Urgent
Response within 1 to 3 days
Normal
Response within 5 days
Low
Response within 21 days

True Emergency repairs have a higher priority coding than Urgent repairs. Repair requests will be assigned the appropriate priority coding.
