How to pay for charges
Charges can be paid online by debit or credit card through your Library account. Alternatively, payment by card can be made over the phone (+44 (0)1382 384087 Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00).
Please note, part payment of charges is not accepted and the total amount due must be paid in a single transaction.
If you have any queries about your charges, please speak to a member of staff or phone the Library on +44 (0)1382 384087.
Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund on a library charge if we have invoiced you for a book which is subsequently returned before we re-order a replacement. This is at the discretion of the Library.
In the event that a library charge is to be refunded (either fully or in part) the Library will make the refund to the card account from which the original payment was made. If, for reasons beyond the Library's control, the refund cannot be made to the originating card or bank account, the refund will be made to an alternative bank account provided by the payer.
