For other categories of membership see the Library regulations. Please note that not all membership categories convey borrowing rights. Access to electronic resources, use of IT or print facilities is restricted to current University of Dundee students and staff only.

Membership applications are processed Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, and 12:00 - 17:00 Saturday and Sunday during Semester opening hours.  During vacation periods (excluding the Christmas and New Year period when an alternative process is in place) membership applications will be processed Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You will receive a further email if additional information or subscription payment is required.

Once processed, your membership will be active the next day and a card will be ready for collection.  Please bring proof of identity to collect your card.  Alternatively, your membership card can be posted out to your home address.
